Services at the same address
When several people request services at the same address and appointment, the quote distinguishes individual care from common organisational costs. Common costs are allocated among the people receiving care, without charging separately for the same travel and shared time; each individual fee therefore reflects the shared arrangements. Each person pays for their own tests and dedicated care.
Ranges cover one visit within the standard area. Within each service type the price varies with distance; provide your town and area for the exact fee before confirmation. Outside coverage or for more complex needs: individual quote.

Availability and quote
Services are available by appointment. Before confirmation, we agree on availability, location, the requested service and a quote specifying any additional costs. For laboratory tests, the quote distinguishes laboratory fees, the home visit fee and any nursing attendance time.
Accessing laboratory reports
Results can be consulted on the laboratory’s portal. The confidential access sheet may be handed over on paper or emailed according to the laboratory’s procedure agreed with the patient, after verifying the recipient. If emailed, the document is password-protected and the password is communicated separately through a different channel. Keep the credentials secure and do not forward them to others.
Frequently asked questions
Do laboratory prices include the home visit?
Profile cards show the laboratory fee separately from the total for one person at home within the standard area. Breath test breakdowns also include the planned nursing attendance.
How do I receive blood test or breath test instructions?
Preparation, sample collection and arrangements are agreed according to the requested tests and laboratory procedures. Breath test preparation instructions are sent before the appointment.
