ECG for a non-competitive sports medical certificate
An ECG to present to your certifying doctor
The ECG and, when requested, the cardiologist’s report can be presented to the doctor assessing fitness for non-competitive sport. Check the required tests and timing with the certifying doctor before booking. This service does not include a medical consultation or the issue of a sports medical certificate.

Availability and quote
When several people receive care at the same address and appointment, the agreed price for each person takes shared organisational costs into account, without charging for the same travel and shared time more than once.
Services are available by appointment. Before confirmation, we agree on availability, location, the service and its final price, including the home visit. There is no additional home visit fee.
The ECG recording and report are exchanged with the collaborating cardiologist by email using password-protected attachments, with passwords communicated separately through a different channel. Report delivery is agreed with the patient; if emailed, the report is a password-protected attachment and the password is communicated through a different channel. The website does not automatically send medical documentation.

Yes. You can request an ECG with cardiologist reporting or recording only, as listed in the fees. Report timing and delivery are agreed before the appointment.
Does the ECG price include the home visit?
Yes. The selected service price includes the home visit and the activities described. No separate home visit fee is added. A sports medical certificate is not included.
